stc bangladesh started working with Digital Engravers Limited (DEL) during end 2013. In phase during 2013-14 main focus was on workplace organization through 5S and lean. Factory layout has been changed according to work flow and that resulted in production improvement in base section. Department wise defect identification also started during that time.
In 2016, DEL management decided to involve workers in innovation and ideation process. stc bangladesh is currently working on institute leadership and providing training. Three main management system is being implemented now
- Kaizen (with suggestion box, kaizen team etc)
- QC circle activities
- Six sigma project by QMPO-(Quality Management Promotion office)
