What is this course about?

Six Sigma Black Belts are a vital part of a successful Six Sigma program. This Six Sigma Training equips delegates with the appropriate skills and tools to enable them to deliver current and future improvements. During this Six Sigma Training course delegates are trained to utilize the fundamental Lean Six Sigma tools to improve processes, typically in their respective department or unit. Each session of this course is a collection of related lessons, and includes an interactive quiz at the end of the session. Individual lessons also include simulations and interactive practice exercises.

Prerequisite

Module 1 to 16 completion in LSSGB  Level

• Module 17: IDI, data transformation
• Module 18: HT for variance, ANOVA, Proportion
• Module 19: HT for proportion (Stat session)
• Module 20: HT for variance (Stat session)
• Module 21: ANOVA (Stat session) 
• Module 22: Control chart (continuous) – (Stat session) 
• Module 23: Control chart (discrete data) – (Stat session) 
• Module 24: Design of Experiment (in Minitab)
• Module 25: Design of Experiment (Stat session) 
• Module 26: DOE and DFSS (Stat session) 

Plus 10 hours of Group Study

Certificate:

Attendance Certificate will be awarded by stc bangladesh. Upon successfully completing STC Global certification requirements, participants shall be able to achieve a respective certification badge.
