Refund Policy
At stc bangladesh/PMShuHaRi,
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could lead to the cancellation or postponement of your enrollment in our training programs. Therefore, we have set up a refund policy to protect the interests of our participants.
Booking and Payment
To secure your seat for the course, you need to book it by paying a minimum of 50% of the total course fee (only for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, PMP). Remaining 50% payment has to be completed a minimum 3 days before the class starts.
***Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt: You must have to complete the payment before the CQCL session has been completed.
For Certified Supply Chain Professionals (CSCP), Certified Business Analysis Professionals (CBAP) and MS Project, you must complete the full payment minimum 3 days before the class starts.
2. Discount Policies:
Early Bird Discount: 5% (minimum 10 days before the batch starts)
Group Discount (minimum 3 person or above): 10%
Referral Discount: If any alumni refers their colleague, spouse or friends who are interested to join our courses, he/she (who referred) will get 10 points. This point will help him/her to get further benefits (such as- if any alumni achieves 50 points in total, he/she will get discounts on doing our other courses. Similarly, whom they referred to, will get a 10% discount on course fees.
For old Student Discount/stc and PMShuHaRi Alumni: 15%
Students who do the same course twice: 20%
All trainers Discount: 25%
3. Delays by the Company
***Please note that, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons.
If the company delays the batch for more than 15 days, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of your payment.
4. Cancellation by the Participant
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the course 10 days before the start of the program, you will be entitled to receive a 65% refund of your payment.(live session only)
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the course 3 days before the start of the program, you will get no refund for that. Alternatively, you may choose to enroll in another course/batch offered by stc bangladesh/PMShuHaRi (within 6 months).
5. Refund Process
All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to stc bangladesh/PMShuHaRi at least 10 days before the start of the program. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered.
***The refund process will take 30 days from the date of the request. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used for the original payment.
