Mr. Kazi Sharif Tushar is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 8 years of statistical quality and process improvement management experience. He offers expertise in service environments, leading complex cross-organizational quality improvement projects. As a skilled facilitator and trainer, He lead enterprise-level improvement projects, engaging key stakeholders and business leaders to work through sometimes contentious issues to ensure quality improvements are achieved. He completed Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Computer Science & Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology and Master’s degree, Business Administration and Management from American International University Bangladesh. He is currently working at GrameenPhone Ltd. as a Head of Communication Process Management (Lead Manager).
