Those who want to start their career as Six Sigma practitioner or Six Sigma team leader need this training. This training is focused on advanced data analysis. After completing this course, a participant will be able to lead a Lean SIx Sigma Green Belt Project. During this Six Sigma Training course delegates are trained to utilize the fundamental Lean Six Sigma tools to improve processes, typically in their respective department or unit. Each session of this course is a collection of related lessons, and includes an interactive quiz at the end of the session. Individual lessons also include simulations and interactive practice exercises. Prerequisite Module 1 to 8 completion in LSSYB  Level Modules:

  • Module 11: Probability and Distribution (Stat session)

  • Module 13: MSA Gage R&R 
  • Module 14: Normality test, Cpk , Multiple box plot, Hypothesis testing for mean, 
  • Module 15: Correlation, Regression, Confidence Interval (Stat session) 
  • Module 16: Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Module 17: Hypothesis testing (Minitab session)
  • Module 18: Hypothesis testing for Mean (Stat session)
  • Module 19: Hypothesis testing for Mean (Stat session)
  • Module 20: control chart
  Certificate: Attendance Certificate will be awarded by stc bangladesh. Upon successfully completing STC Global certification requirements, participants shall be able to achieve a respective certification badge.
