Dipesh Nag brings 18 years of experience as the first-ever Bangladeshi Managing Director of Grameen Danone Foods Limited (GDFL), a social business with a significant social and economic impact, providing health through nutrition.
Dipesh has immense experience in management and leadership in transformative environments, international exposure to large size businesses, diversities of cultures and ways of working. He strongly believes in building capability of people and processes through an enabling culture.
In the accelerated leadership career path he has six-sigma green belt certification from Switzerland to implement operational excellence (OpEx) in Novartis Japan. He has driven S&OP process optimization and sphere-headed different regional and global initiatives including working in Novartis Europe.
Dipesh has cross-country & cross-industry experience in finance, procurement, operational excellence and supply chain (IDLC Finance, Square Pharma, Banglalink, Novartis Japan, Novartis Austria, Novartis Bangladesh).
He has an MBA in Marketing from University of Dhaka and following key certifications-
